What are Scentual Alchemy's House Blends?
These are fragrance oil blends based on what we feel people will love to wear. They are not based on anyone's astrological or past life profile. They are soley based upon the ancient Art of Perfumery.
Are your custom fragrances just for women?
No. Our essences are for men too! Even couples!
What about custom fragrance re-orders?
Scentual Alchemy will keep your personal formula permanently on file, both on our hard-drive, and on paper for your posterity and future purchases, by you or a loved one as it wiill always be ready to be re-ordered. We will not sell it to any one other than that, unless we have written proof verifying the sale of your perfume scent to someone other than yourself. No exceptions.
Do you fragrances contain alcohol or extenders?
We do not use alcohol as our main perfume base as many perfumeries do. Nor do we use cheap fillers. We do not use Glucam P-20 as a fixtive to hold scent. In fact, what we do use is: a blending of all natural Vegetable Glycerin, Rice Bran oil, Sunflower oil, Apricot oil, Almond oil, and organic and/or pesticide free Jojoba oil as our main base. We never incorporate the use of any harmfill fillers
How Long does it take to receive a custom fragrance and Chart?
It takes a great number of hours to create each blend, and this is in addition to the time spent on creating your astrological Natal chart or Past Life chart. The usual turn around time for this is 3 to 4 weeks due to all the painstaking and involved detail.
However if you are interested in purchasing a special blend without a Chart then this usually takes approximately 6-8 days for creation, not including mail time.
Do you accept custom orders?
Custom orders are gladly accepted. In fact that is our primary business. Not sure what to order? Contact Kymeth or Schlomo and we will help work out the perfect essence for you, or a loved one.
How fast can I get my order?
We work on orders as quickly as we can once payment is received, and in the order received. We prefer to have orders completed within a 7-10 day time span but ask that you allow at least a 3 weeks. If your order is time sensitive, please contact the studio to expedite your order.
How will my order be sent?
Each order is shipped via UPS or USPS. We have a flat shipping rate for the perfume/chart combo which is $6.75. If you are purchasing a perfume only the shipping is $3.50 and sent First Class which includes Delivery Confirmation. If you prefer Priority Mail for your perfume then it will be $4.95 which also includes Delivery Confirmation. If you would like insurance, and we do recommend this, please add $1.30 for all orders up to $50.00, or $2.20 for orders up to $100.00. At this time we only ship to residents within the United States of America.
How will my order be packaged?
Presentation is just as important to us as your perfume. Your perfume will arrive in a small velveteen drawstring bag, and your chart will be wrapped in tissue and both items will be placed into an elegant black mailing tube to ensure the safety of your precious purchase and for a capitivating presentation.
We also have gift boxes for most occasions and are tied with a beautiful matching ribbon for purchases of our perfumed essences only. Your item will be all ready for gift-giving and the little boxes make great places to store your perfume when not in use.
Samples arrive in glass vials with appropriate labeling and packaged in plastic sleeves to ensure safety from leakage.
Do you offer a guarantee?
Do to the intimate nature of our products...all sales are final. No exceptions, so please choose your treasure carefully. Thank you.
